Open up the possibilities
more usable space starts here
Overgrowth can make useful ground hard to reach or maintain. Whether you want to reclaim part of your property or make room for an improvement, the right clearing scope starts with what is growing there and what you want to do next.

01 / RECLAIM THE SPACE
Brush Clearing
Remove brush and unwanted vegetation from the agreed work area. Open up neglected sections, improve access, or begin reclaiming ground you want to use and maintain.

02 / MAKE ROOM FOR THE PLAN
Lot Clearing
Clear space for a future home, garage, workshop, or other property improvement. Define the footprint and access route, then consider any grading or site preparation needed after vegetation is removed.

03 / REMOVE WHAT IS IN THE WAY
Tree & Stump Removal
Discuss unwanted trees and stumps within the clearing area, including any existing stumps left from earlier work. Identify the trees you want to keep and which removals should be included in the quote.

04 / PLAN THE CLEANUP
Debris & Site Cleanup
Decide what happens to brush, wood, and other material removed during the job. Include hauling where needed and agree on a location for any material you want to keep on the property.
Start with the land and the goal
what comes out. what stays. what's next.
You may want a whole lot opened up or just one overgrown section reclaimed. These four details help us understand the work before recommending a clearing approach and preparing a quote.
01
The Space You Want Back
Show us the area you want cleared and how you hope to use it. A larger yard, an access route, and a future building site can each call for a different scope.
03
The Route Into the Area
Share where equipment can enter and any narrow gates, steep ground, or wet areas. Access and working room affect how clearing and material removal can be carried out.
02
The Trees to Keep
Point out shade trees, tree lines, fences, and other features that should remain. Agree on the clearing limits so the work is planned around what matters to you.
04
The Finish You Have in Mind
Let us know whether the goal is easier access, future mowing, or the next stage of construction. Discuss stumps, leftover material, and ground conditions as part of the finished result.

Know what the quote includes
decide what "cleared" means for
your property
Removing vegetation is one part of the job. Before work starts, agree on what will remain and whether the ground needs additional work for your intended use.
BELOW THE BRUSH
Stumps & Remaining Vegetation
Specify which stumps should be removed and how the resulting areas will be left. Make sure the quote distinguishes vegetation clearing from stump removal and any follow-up ground work.
AFTER REMOVAL
Brush, Wood, & Hauling
Clarify what will be hauled away and what, if anything, will stay on the property. If you want to keep wood or other material, discuss its location before the work begins.
BEFORE THE NEXT USE
Ground Finish & Next Steps
Clearing alone may not leave a surface ready to mow or build on. Discuss grading, filling disturbed areas, and any further site preparation needed for the way you plan to use the land.
From overgrown to a clear plan
Let’s Get Your Clearing Project Started
Step one
Show us the area
Send the property location, photos, and what you want to accomplish. Approximate dimensions or acreage help if you know them, but you can start the conversation without exact measurements.
Step two
Review the clearing needs
We’ll discuss vegetation, stumps, equipment access, and the features you want to preserve. A site assessment may be needed to understand the conditions and prepare pricing.
Step three
Agree on scope & timing
Review the clearing limits, debris handling, and expected finish. Confirm what is included and discuss scheduling around site conditions, access, and your plans for the property.

land & brush clearing questions
Start with what you know about the property and how you want to use it. We can talk through the details that affect the work and the quote.
Can you clear part of my property and keep selected trees?
Yes. Identify the area you want opened up and the trees or features you want to keep. The clearing limits, equipment route, and space for removed material should be agreed before work starts.
Do you remove stumps as well as brush and trees?
Yes, stump removal is one of our services. Let us know about existing stumps as well as trees you want removed. Your quote should specify which stumps are included and how the disturbed ground will be left afterward.
What happens to the brush and wood after clearing?
Material handling should be agreed as part of the job. Discuss what needs to be hauled away, what you would like to keep, and where retained material can go. Hauling and cleanup should be identified in the quote.
Will the cleared land be ready to mow or build on?
That depends on the work included and the condition of the ground. Brush removal alone may leave stumps or an uneven surface. Tell us your intended use so stump removal, grading, and any additional site preparation can be considered in the scope.
What affects the cost of land and brush clearing?
The size of the area, density and type of vegetation, tree and stump removal, slopes, equipment access, and hauling all affect the work. The finish you want also matters. A site assessment may be needed before an estimate.
What should I send when requesting a quote?
Start with the property address or location, a description of the area, and what you want to use it for. Photos, approximate dimensions, and your preferred timing are helpful. Point out anything you want preserved and any access limitations you know about.
What Could You Do With More Usable Space?
Tell us about the overgrowth, the area you want cleared, and what comes next. We’ll discuss the clearing and cleanup needed to move your plans forward.
